International Training

Reasonably-priced international internships for college students are offered to help them become globally competitive through comprehensive training outside the country.  Currently, only online internship is possible.  Regular internship will be offered once the pandemic is manageable.  Online training for faculty members are also available to help them improve their skills.

I. International Virtual Internship Program (I-VIP)

  • Foreign Host Establishment Locations.  Japan, United Kingdom, United States of America
  • Degree Programs.  Open to degree programs that will credit the tasks identified per Foreign Host Establishment (FHE)
  • Why should I apply for this internship?  Training internationally will help develop your confidence, learn the culture of  other countries, gain competitive advantage because of the international experience while staying at home, and increase your network internationally
  • Package Inclusions.  International training certificate with a minimum of 300 hours 
  • General Qualifications. Passionate in delivering various tasks, team player, has pleasing personality and positive attitude, can communicate well in English, has reliable internet connection and video camera
  • Target Date of Online Deployment.  February 2021

  • What is a video CV?  It is a recorded video of yourself stating the following: name, age, year level, degree program, school and its location (province and region), and your skills that can contribute to the company

  • Is there an orientation? Yes, you will be notified if you pass the video CV screening
  • How much is the facilitation fee? Facilitation fee varies per FHE
  • What are the inclusions in the facilitation fee? It covers the orientation, coaching, coordination, and placement of the applicant to FHE

II. Faculty International Virtual Immersion Program (Faculty I-VIP)

  • Duration of Training: 1 month (output-based; online meetings for updates is scheduled based on the availability of the teacher)
  • Tasks: lead generation, sales call, social media marketing, poster and video creation

  • How much is the training fee? Facilitation fee starts at Php 3,000.00 per head
